How to Write an Essay About Buying a Home

How to Write an Essay About Buying a HomeThere are many things to take into consideration when writing an essay about buying a home. You want to create an outline that will have the reader in following your directions. The biggest thing you need to avoid is starting the essay without first writing down what the goal is. This is not a good idea, and you may even write the first few paragraphs and pages of the essay, but find that it doesn't feel right. Also, you want to be sure to choose an essay topic that you are most comfortable with. You also want to select an essay writing software that will allow you to customize the sections for your essay. There are many different types of writing software out there, so you need to know exactly what you want to do when you begin.Once you've already written a few paragraphs or pages, it's time to start developing the outline for your essay. The easiest way to do this is to write down the main points of interest for your essay. This will give you a strong foundation on which to build your ideas. Then, you'll want to break these points up into sections such as one paragraph, two paragraphs, three paragraphs, etc. You'll want to make sure that each of these sections are focused on one aspect of buying a home. For example, one paragraph would be based around how difficult it is to get a loan; and two paragraphs would be about selecting a lender and a checklist for all of the requirements necessary for a successful purchase. After you've broken these sections up, you'll need to develop each of them into a page. You need to start by doing a separate outline for each section. It may help to add the outlines to your text document so that you can glance at it and immediately see where you should be writing each section. However, if you don't have a text document, you can simply print each section out so that you have it on hand to look at.Once you have all of your section's finished, it's time to start writing a one-paragraph summary . This can help you start writing out your essay in a logical manner. You want to keep in mind that when you read the summary, it should be able to stand on its own, and you don't want to confuse yourself with too much information. Finally, you'll want to combine all of your sections together. Use a third-person perspective when writing this section. You want to be able to build this section off of the other two sections, but it's okay if you can move the focus of the entire essay away from one section to another. The most important thing to remember when writing an essay is to keep everything straight. Don't try to guess what the reader wants to know, and make sure to write down the main points first. Then, after the outline is complete, you can focus on the specifics of the information. Only then can you create an essay that you can be proud of.

Machiavelli’s Views on Government Essay - 648 Words

At first glance Machiavelli’s writings could be mistaken for evil and satanic beliefs, but in reality there are many good underlying points as to how to rule a nation. I believe that the New Yorker’s description of Machiavelli is the best example of his life and beliefs, because it not only touches upon the high points, but the low points of beliefs as well. The New Yorker goes into great detail about how Machiavelli came up from a mid level family to achieve a role as a government official/ â€Å"ambassador† just to be thrown in prison after years of trying to stabilize and unify an unstable country through means of war and fear. Machiavelli wasn’t only a government official he was a strategic genius, but only because as ambassador he had†¦show more content†¦For example, Machiavelli wrote about the young leader Borgia who conquered many nations in the name of Spain. He explained how it was necessary for â€Å"a prince†¦ to work against wha t is merciful, loyal, humane, upright, and scrupulous.†. This makes a ruler look bad, however in reality what the ruler does make a ruler look bad may improve the quality of the nations he is conquering and ruling. Machiavelli wrote that Borgia conquered many nations, but these nations had weak rulers, who had let the nations become over run with crime and filth, but once conquered by Borgia and his men were brought up to a good quality standard with less crime and more peace and order, due to the enforcement of Spanish law. That is why Machiavelli’s misconceived writings were actually meant to show that even though a ruler may look bad in people’s eyes, his actions actually create good within the nations he controls. A more recent example of a leader who would fit under Machiavelli’s theory was Adolf Hitler. Hitler was an extremist whose views should never be tolerated, but in reality he had helped his people get out of an economic depression and improve d the quality of life for many Germans. What Machiavelli is trying to imply is to be a good leader isn’t to be the most well liked person, but to get results that improve people’s lives even if you have to be seen in a negative light. Early Childhood Education Compare Contrast paper As early childhood educators we all have our own philosophies and approaches to education. There are several types of early childhood programs. Each program has its own philosophies, methods, and program goals. Every early childhood educator is unique making each early childhood program experience special. Consistently, early childhood programs offer educational foundations that prepare young students for their educational futures. In this paper I will focus on comparing and contrasting two programs that stood out to me, Ridgeline Montessori and the Whitaker Head Start. When examining early childhood programs there are many similarities and differences across the board.†¦show more content†¦Materials and manipulatives are spread along the outside walls of the classroom and children are free to choose which type of materials they would like to work with during independent work time. The furniture is all child size and you do not see any adult sized furniture throughout the classroom. Students spend most of their time working on the floor where they have their own individual carpets. They put them down to outline their personal workspace. Instead of there being various toys and games spread through out the classroom, there are specific sensory materials and manipulatives that are self correcting and purposeful to student’s learning. On the walls students’ work fill spaces throughout the classroom, similar to the walls of a Head Start classroom. Montessori classrooms are made up of mixed grades and ages, something that is not typical of traditional classrooms. The Head Start program I visited uses a more traditional comprehensive method. Students are all close to the same age. Since the program is federally funded there is much emphasis put on performance standards and teaching objectives. The classrooms at Head Start are a center based classroom with different areas for pretend play, math manipulatives, language/Show MoreRelatedThe Fields Of Early Childhood Education And Child Development Will Be Introduced780 Words   |  4 PagesIntroduction In this analysis, evaluation, and synthesis assignment, a research topic related to the fields of early childhood education and child development will be introduced. Question: Describe about the Financial Position and Severe Financial Loss. Answer: Introduction According to the case study and the annual report of 2014-2015 of the company Dick Smith Holding shows that the financial position of the company in 2015 was positive as revealed by a retailer of electronic goods. Discussion of ethical considerations facing Anchorage Capital Partners The actual value of Dick Smith Holdings was misrepresented in front of the public. In the first quarter the value of Dick Smith Holdings was positive but in the second quarter the value becomes negative. Therefore, it means that the value was misrepresented by the Dick Smith Holdings which is considered as an unethical act. The act was unethical because the financial report shows wrong values that led to the loss of million dollars that was invested by the investors into the company due to the collapse. Dick Smith Holdings was acquired by Anchorage Capital Partners in 2012 from Woolworth and earned huge profits (Helbk, Lindest and McLellan, 2010). Anchorage capital partners purchased Dick Smith Holdings from Woolworths at a much cheaper rate. It was an unethical act by misrepresenting the value of Dick Smith Holdings. The information was released by press that led to the loss of million dollars of the investors. In order to secure orders the firms started to offer back to back rebate s. In short term, the inventory value was written down. Dick Smith Holdings wanted to sell the inventories but they do not want to sell at loss as because the loss would be shown in the financial statements and that will make harder to float the organization. The financial report of the company was misrepresented that led to loss of million dollars and to be considered as an illegal or unethical act done by the top officials of the company. In the year 2013, the actual value of Dick Smith Holdings was misrepresented on the Australian Stock Change (Hillier, 2010). The act violated legal and ethical values as well as misguiding large number of people. Anchorage Capital Partners paid $115 to Woolworth for Dick Smith and acquired it. The act was unethical that led to the loss of million dollars of investors invested into the company. Subsequently, the chief executive officer resigned from the organization after the disclosure of the negative value of the company. New chairman was appointed, Robert Murray and independent non execute director were given to Robert and loma Raine during its formation (Holton, 2012). The board of directors of the company was mainly responsible to review and analyze the financial statements of the company. Therefore, it was very much important to present fair value of the company in their financial statements. The profit or loss and other financial information are derived from financial report that helps the investors to take decision and analyze the present value of the company. The aim of the board of directors is to generate maximum returns for their shareholders by increasing the profitability as well as verifying all the accounts. The risk management process has been implemented to determine, evaluate and mitigate the error risks in the financial statements. It is the process of determining, assessing, analyzing, controlling and eliminating the unacceptable risks (Kieso, Weygandt and Warfield, 2007). The board of directors would have implemented appropriate risk management process in order to cope of with the situation of representing wrong value of the company. The self evaluation of financial statements will also help the board of directors to review the financial statements and all errors that are presented. Ethical guidelines should be followed by all the members of the company. The financial report was misrepresented as because there was a lack of rules and regulations implemented by the board of directors. The implementation of appropriate diversity policy is very much important as because it will help to balance skills, experiences and knowledge within the organization. The performance of the organization would have analyzed by evaluating strategic objectives, plans and personal objectives. It was the responsibility of the board members to present true and fair value of the company in front of the investors (Moles, 2011). The financial statements show the real value of a company and current performance in the market. It includes cash flow statements, balance sheet, statement of equity and income statement. The investors determine and analyze the financial performance with the help of financial statements. Conclusions From the case study it is clearly understood that the public were misguided by the management authority of the company Dick Smith Holding as the annual report of the company was misrepresented and produces wrong information to the public so that they unconsciously invest in the company and lost millions of dollars because of the collapse of the company Dick Smith Holding. The misrepresentation of the data in the financial statement of the annual report of the company Dick Smith Holding led to the dreadful loss of the company. As the data did not represent the actual value of the company, many of the investors were misguided and take investment decision in favor of the Dick Smith Holding company. The shareholders of the Dick Smith Holding Company were also misguided and face severe loss due to the collapse of the company (Spiceland, Sepe and Nelson, 2011). The company Dick Smith Holding was bought by Anchorage capital Partners from Woolworths at much lower price because of the loss re present in the financial report of the Dick Smith Holding. The directors and auditors of the company are found guilty for misrepresenting the financial data of the company, which misrepresented the actual value of the company. Furthermore, the act by the directors and auditors of the company is unethical as they violate the business ethics along with they breach the respective laws of business which led to severe loss to the investors.
